In a quiet, and slightly more private part of the municipality of Herceg Novi, between Meljin and Bijela, is the coastal town of Kumbor. The company Azmont Investments will invest 500 million Euros in the construction of the luxury complex Portonovi, which will be built on about 190,000 m2. In this beautiful Mediterranean place, the construction of a five-star hotel, two sandy beaches, a spa and wellness resort, a conference center with a capacity of 1,200 seats, 100 luxury villas on the beach itself, villas with mountain and sea views, Portonovi marina with 250 moorings for megayachts, Portonovi beach club, Portonovi VIP yachting club, tennis club, a podium for landing helicopters is planned.
