During yesterday's Mediteran Hotel & The resort in Bečići was the epicenter of informal education about tourism. The Future Tourism conference, which has been held in Montenegro since 2009, was officially opened in the amphitheater of this hotel. This year's conference is divided into 2 parts, scientific and professional. During today's scientific conference, distinguished lecturers from universities from Finland, Germany and Serbia spoke, and the large attendance of conference participants confirmed the importance of this event. The President of the Municipality of Budva, Mr. Marko Carević, was present at the official opening of the conference, who addressed the participants and wished them a successful three-day work. The Rector of the University of Montenegro and representatives of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management from 11 European countries also attended the conference. In the next two days, 06 and 07.05.  participants of the Future Tourism conference will have the opportunity to listen to experts from the field of tourism, hotel industry and marketing, who will convey their experiences and knowledge by speaking on the following topics: 1. Application of digital marketing in tourism 2. MICE tourism 3. New trends in the hotel industry 4. Revenue management The organizers have secured the participation of companies such as: Booking.com, Travelport, TravelClick, PHOBS, T-Nest Resort, MICE Knowledge, Guest Joy and others for the participants of the conference. The conference program also included the competition of the best students from the field of tourism and hotel management, the traditional Case Study Challenge, who represent themselves and their Universities in the best light throughout Europe.
