No rush hour: thirty-nine households and a road that goes two ways
- 07:00the field averages 2 °C in January and 23 °C in July — 6.5 km from the Bay of Risan and 700 m above it
- 11:00the government’s monument to the fallen of Grahovac stands 5 km north-west of the village, on the battle ground
- 15:00half the polje is ploughed and half is meadow, on ten metres of glacial fill; in a wet year it floods
- 20:00Orjen goes black to the west; the bay and its lights are 32 km down the Risan road
