A techno producer and performer since 1997, Alexander Kowalski has an impressive track record to date including four solo albums and countless singles and remixes. It all started in the early 90's in Berlin when Kowalski gained knowledge from the first techno releases from Detroit and New York. Soon he produces his own material and debuts with live performances at the Berlin premiere in the Trezor techno club. His big breakthrough on the scene happened after he released the follow-up album "Progress" in 2002.  In the same year he also had a big hit with the hit "Hot Spot" starring Ray O'Hara. He develops and refines his production skills with each release. Kowalski is quickly gaining praise for his innovative sound, combining technical knowledge and precision with strong emotion. After his third album "Response" in 2003, he focused on performing live worldwide and producing remixes for artists such as Agoria, Dave Gahan, Funk D'Void, Sascha Funke and Paul Kalkbrenner. In the meantime, Kowalski decides to indulge his passion for vocals, which he began to use more and more in his music. His yearning song "Lock Me Up" clearly shows the potential he has unlocked with this approach, and in 2006 he returns with the album "Changes" presenting his new musical focus. He has played in cities all over the world, a professional performer who knows how to dominate the stage driven by techno bass, deep harmony and clean beats. His live music performance skills as well as his outstanding discography have earned him a place among the critics' favorites. Over the years he has been awarded for best producer, best live performance and twice nominated for the German Dance Award.
