This newly built luxury hotel is located 700m from the sea, and is close to all major city attractions. The hotel has all appropriate amenities: restaurant, cafe bar, pool, parking, car rental, jacuzzi, sauna, massage salon and children's playground in front of the hotel. About the area

Budva's riviera runs for roughly twenty-five kilometres, from Jaz in the west to Buljarica in the south, and accommodation of every kind is scattered along it: family houses on the hillside, beachfront blocks, and a handful of larger properties with pools and conference rooms. Where you stay shapes the holiday more than the room does. The Old Town and Slovenska plaža put you in the middle of the noise, while Bečići, Rafailovići and Pržno trade some of that for space and quieter water.

Whatever the address, the same landmarks anchor the area. The walled Old Town holds the Citadela, three churches on one seaward square, and a maze of lanes that fill with people after dark. A cliff path beyond it leads to Mogren; southward the coast strings together sand and pebble coves as far as the islet of Sveti Stefan. Summer brings the Grad teatar festival, the Fish Festival and open-air concerts, while September leaves warm sea and half the crowds. Inland, the Grbalj plain and the mountain road to Cetinje open up in under an hour.
