Each in our own words
Miločer Beach
Miločer Beach — also called King’s Beach or Kraljeva plaža — is the larger of the royal park’s two coves, directly below Villa Miločer. Pale pink pebble, exceptionally clear water, mature pines and the 1930s stone villa make it one of the coast’s most composed scenes. Its operating rules are less simple than its geography: the 2026 settlement defines a beach-use regime, but the public summary does not publish the detailed allocation, so the notice at the gate is the rule that matters on the day.
Access and usable public space can change with the resort regime. Do not arrive assuming that every lounger can be rented or that the lower coastal path is open all day; read the entrance notice and keep Pržno or northern Sveti Stefan as a fallback.
Queen's Beach
Queen’s Beach is the small one: a crescent of fine pinkish sand and smooth pebble sheltered by cypresses and pines, with the calmest and clearest water on this stretch of the riviera. It is in the atlas because it is one of the few genuinely sandy coves between Budva and Petrovac and because the walk to it through the 18-hectare Miločer park is worth doing on its own. Whether you can swim from it depends on the year: open to everyone during the resort’s 2021–2026 closure, it went back to hotel-guest use when Sveti Stefan reopened on 1 July 2026, and the public settlement text does not publish the rules.
Do not build a day around a swim here: the cove is treated as a hotel beach from 08:00 to 20:00 in season and there is nothing for non-guests to hire. King’s Beach next door and the northern Sveti Stefan beach stay public.
