Rafailovići is the fishing settlement at the eastern end of Bečići beach, where the sand stops and the coastline breaks into rock and small coves. It has kept more of its village shape than its neighbours: houses stacked tight above a tiny harbour, boats pulled up on the slipway, and a row of fish restaurants along the water still run by the families whose surname the place carries. Bečići's two kilometres of open beach begin immediately to the west, so the swimming is on your doorstep without living inside the resort strip itself.
The coastal footpath is the local pleasure. Head east and it climbs over the headland to Kamenovo, a compact pebble bay with clearer water and fewer loungers, then continues toward Pržno and the causeway view of Sveti Stefan, the fortified islet that appears on half the country's postcards. Go west and the promenade runs the length of Bečići and over the ridge into Budva and its walled old town, comfortably under an hour on foot. Dinner tends to happen where the boats are: grilled fish, shellfish in buzara sauce, and the local habit of choosing your own from the ice rather than reading a menu.
