In the quiet and somewhat more private part of Herceg Novi municipality, between Meljina and Bijela, lies Kumbor. For those who have not yet experienced the charms of this beautiful coastal town, we invite you to spend a relaxing season with us!
Kumbor is situated along the Adriatic highway stretching along the beautiful Adriatic coast. The town is filled with Mediterranean cottages and villas, cafes and restaurants lined along the beaches.
The Božić accommodation is located across from Hotel Xanadu, below the highway, just above the sandy beaches separated by small concrete piers. The piers are ideal for mooring boats with which you can embark on one of many exciting tours around the bay and nearby islands. Tour schedules will be arranged for you immediately after checking into one of our units.
A combination of sand and concrete beaches completes the water experience for all ages. Right next to the beaches, below the house and within easy reach, is the restaurant/cafe Flamingo, where after water adventures you can satisfy your hunger and enjoy pizza, or try one of their exotic ice cream or fruit cups.
The house is newly built and all apartments face the sea, so you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, or watch sailboats entering the Bay of Kotor with your morning coffee.
This little paradise offers everything you could imagine for your summer vacation, but at very accessible prices. Free wireless internet is included with your stay. Prices are very attractive for almost any family's budget, so call the numbers listed.

About the area
The strip of Kumbor below the coastal highway is a run of small sandy and pebble beaches separated by short concrete moles, with houses and terraces looking straight down onto them. The moles double as moorings, so there are usually boats tied up a few metres from where you swim, and skippers along here take guests out into the bay and around the nearby islands. The mix of sand and concrete suits mixed-age groups, with shallow, easy entries at one end and ladders into deeper, cooler water at the other, while a beach café handles pizza, ice cream and the long middle of the afternoon.
Kumbor sits between Meljine and Bijela, a residential middle stretch of the Herceg Novi riviera rather than a resort strip, and the coast road ties it to everything else. West are Meljine's Venetian-era Lazaret buildings and, past them, Herceg Novi's stepped old town and the Pet Danica seaside promenade. East are Đenovići, Bijela's shipyard and the Kamenari ferry across the Verige strait. Because the houses face the water, the day frames itself: yachts entering Boka in the morning over coffee, swimming through the heat, then sunset down the channel toward the open Adriatic.
