Good to know

  • The coast’s most wheelchair- and stroller-friendly walk: flat, paved promenade end to end.
  • Walk it Žukotrlica → centre: the railway and bus stations sit near the finish — the Belgrade–Bar sleeper (254 tunnels, 435 bridges) ends three blocks from this walk.
  • Shade is excellent in the Žukotrlica–Šušanj pine belt; the Topolica–marina stretch is open palm promenade — plan around midday in July–August.
  • King Nikola’s Palace museum has been reported closed for renovation — check locally before planning the interior visit; the park and façade are open.
  • The sea here stays swimmable well into October.
