Kumbor & Portonovi

Two waterfronts sharing one name: an older Herceg Novi Riviera settlement of homes, small boats and local bathing edges, and Portonovi, built on the former Orjenski Bataljon military barracks after the site was handed over on 8 February 2013. This was state land with a military legacy, not an empty shore awaiting discovery.
