Zelenika Waterfront

Named for the evergreen laurel, oleander and pine on the slopes above it. Zelenika was the terminus of the narrow-gauge railway that once linked this coast to Sarajevo via Trebinje; the Austro-Hungarian station opened in 1901 and the building survives, though the line does not. Savina Monastery is a short walk toward Herceg Novi.
