The second summit of Lovćen and the one that carries Nje-goš’s mausoleum, reached from the car park by a tunnel and a long flight of steps cut into the mountain. The terrace behind the tomb is the view people come to Montenegro for.
The honest part
The climb from the car park is a stair climb, indoors then out, and it is a real one — not a walk from a viewpoint. There is a ticket. The terrace is exposed and the wind up here bears no relation to the weather on the coast.
