St. Neđelja and Katić The Petrovac landscape is characterized by two idyllic islands, actually two larger cliffs. In front of Petrovac on the left, seen from the coast, is the island of Katić, and to the right of it is Sv. Sunday, on which the church of the same name is positioned on the cliff itself. According to tradition, the church of St. Sundays were built by sailors in honor of St. Mother of God, protector of sailors.

According to another belief, a Greek sailor, who saved himself on this island after a shipwreck, built this church. Church of St. Neđelje has a characteristic rustic, simple architectural construction and is a symbol of Petrovac and this part of the bay.

Red Commune The "Red Commune" cultural center was named after the victory of the communists in the local elections in 1919. The memorial house is located on the promenade itself, between stone houses and palaces. As part of the institution, there is a Museum of the Revolution, which exhibits archival material: documents, photographs, correspondence and press from the period of the formation of the first communist municipality on the Adriatic, founded in 1920.

The Petrovac Red Commune, with its rich facilities: cinema, museum, two galleries, library and drama, art and music program, enriches spirituality and continuously works on organizing creative potentials. The "Red Commune" Center is an institution of exceptional importance for culture, and its gallery space is used for the presentation of classic art disciplines: painting, sculpture, graphics, as well as new artistic media: installations, performances, happenings and video works.

Reževići Monastery The monastery Reževići is located on the outskirts of Petrovac, elevated and among greenery, Mediterranean vegetation and olive groves, with a view of the open sea and cliffs. In the past, the existence of pagan temples and ancient cemeteries of Greek and Roman families was recorded in this area. According to legend, the monastery got its name from a word that springs up near it, but there is a possibility that the name also originated from the territory of the old tribe of Paštrovica Reževići, where it is located. This medieval monastery has three smaller churches. Historical facts indicate that the Serbian king Stefan the First-born stayed in Reževići and that in 1220 he built the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Archdeacon Stefan's church was built in Reževići in 1351, and on that occasion, Emperor Dusan gave his famous Code of Law to Paštrovici. The Reževići Monastery was a place where members of the Paštrovac tribe met and sat and made important decisions or elected a leader. In the churches of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Archdeacon Stefan, there are preserved frescoes from the beginning of the 17th century and remains of layers from the 13th century, among which we can highlight: the icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary from 1693, the Four Gospels from 1835, a large lithic cross from 1850 and the Treasury from the middle of the 19th century, which are of exceptional artistic and cultural-historical value.

The third church in the Reževići monastery is the Church of the Holy Trinity, which is also the best-preserved building. The church was built in 1770 and is in the shape of a cross with an altar apse and a right square apse for the choir. A 20-meter-high square bell tower adorns the church, and a new iconostasis with icons has been preserved. The monastery complex Reževići is legally protected and is on the list of cultural and historical monuments of Montenegro.

Historic site Late antique mosaic In Petrovac, in the olive grove of Marko Gregović, in 1902, a fragment of a preserved mosaic floor was discovered, and a grave with ancient coins and a green glass vase was also found near the mosaic. However, neither the money nor the vase were preserved. The remains of the mosaic architecture are quite modest, one rectangular room is represented. According to M. Gregovic, there were remains of frescoes on the northern wall, which have not been preserved. The central motifs of Petrovački, a geometrical-vegetable mosaic, are made on a white background and it is dominated by decorative and ornate work, both in drawing and in color. The cruciform rosette is the main dominating motif, while the central part consists of four concentric circles. The fragment with the figure of the triple fish is of great importance for the dating of this mosaic, because many consider it to be a symbol of early Christianity. Both mosaics come from the same time period and are part of the same architectural unit, so it could be assumed that the walls and mosaics in Mirišti are the remains of a late Roman villa (villae rusticae), but without traces of the existence of a larger settlement.
