Yes. Tivat is Montenegro's most polished coastal town, built around the Porto Montenegro superyacht marina with a waterfront of restaurants, boutiques and a naval heritage museum. It also has the country's busiest summer airport, the green Vrmac ridge behind it and quick boat access to the rest of the Bay of Kotor.

About 3 km, a five to ten minute drive. Tivat is Montenegro's main summer airport: Budva is roughly 20 minutes away, Kotor 15 to 20 minutes around the bay, and Herceg Novi about 40 minutes using the Lepetane-Kamenari ferry.
Walk the Seljanovo pine embankment, visit the Buca-Lukovic summer residence in the old centre, hike or cycle the Vrmac ridge for bay views, take a boat to the Island of Flowers or Our Lady of the Rocks, and swim at Plavi Horizonti.
Porto Montenegro is the priciest corner of Montenegro, with marina restaurants at Mediterranean resort prices. Walk a few streets inland and the old centre has ordinary konobas and bakeries at normal Montenegrin rates, so the town works on either budget.
